Here she is... hair washed and brushed, ready to be measured and cut.
Sectioned and waiting for scissors... It has to be at least 10" tip to tip. No colored hair or layered hair.
One down...
Pause for tears.
Done.
Swallow hard. another tear.
The new style, she seems pretty pleased with her hair!
Whew... that was harder than I imagined. I just hope it helps someone, somewhere.

Izzy,
I am so proud of you to give so much to others, what a special gift. You are so beautiful and to share your beauty with others is so special. whom ever gets this will never know how special a gift that both of you are getting from this. What a blessing you are.
Love, Collin and Dawn
Izzy & Annie,

What an awesome gift for Izzy to give! I'm sure it was harder than you thought! Can't wait to see more pics of her new 'do.
You have the most beautiful heart.
Those pig tails will make the life of another child so much sweeter.
Give your girl a hug from us.
And how do I get my addy to you? :D
Way to go Izzy and Annie! I'm sure it was hard to give up that beautiful head of hair, but if you are going to do what a great way to go.
I do like the new do, it looks great! I'm sure it will make your mornings a bit easier without having to get that hair dry each day.
Love in Christ,
Suzi
Hi
I stumbled on your blog by accident. But I wanted to tell you that this is a wonderful blog. You have a beautiful family.
Weird thing, yesterday I was in near tears over a blog that my friend showed me about a mother coping with her one year old daughter who drowned in her spa in June. And then today I find yours. Interesting.
God bless.
Bravo, Anniravo Izzy!
I am so proud of you both! God bless you.
Izzy is a beautiful child. God bless you both for your generosity.
A wonderful gift!
